Activist Moves to court Wants Politicians with graft cases Charged

Charles Rubia Nairobi activist has file an application before the high court seeking to have the DPP charge and prosecute politicians.

Through lawyer Danstan Omari,the activist says no one is above the law including the politicians who are seeking elective seats.

The sentiments of the activist comes barely few days after director of public prosecution DPP Noordin Haji in an exclusive interview with one of the daily news papers said that they will not prosecute and charge any politician until the election is held.
