The government has opened new global doors for Kenyan professionals, with Principal Secretary for Diaspora Affairs Roseline Njogu announcing job opportunities in the Caribbean targeting skilled graduates in Engineering, Statistics, Agriculture, and Energy.

The recruitment is being handled by the Diaspora Placement Agency (DPA), the official government arm under the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs. PS Njogu emphasized that no recruitment fees are required and urged applicants to avoid brokers and imposters.

“This isn’t just about employment—it’s about empowering our youth and placing Kenyan talent on the global stage,” Njogu said.

Applicants must submit a CV, academic credentials, and a national ID or passport bio-data page. The deadline is the end of May, and early applications are encouraged.

This move aligns with the government’s push to export skilled labor ethically while strengthening Kenya’s diaspora economy and global footprint.

Interested individuals are advised to use official State Department channels for accurate information and application instructions.
