Nairobi, June 19, 2025 — The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) has entered a landmark partnership with the Kenya Red Cross and Hope Mobility Kenya to boost access to assistive devices for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) across the country.

Signed today under the leadership of NGAAF CEO Roy Sasaka Telewa, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) sets the stage for a nationwide rollout of mobility aids aimed at restoring dignity, independence, and opportunity for PWDs.

“This is more than a partnership—it’s a promise to remove barriers and promote inclusion,” said CEO Roy Sasaka, whose drive for inclusive development continues to define NGAAF’s mission.

The initiative will ensure that vulnerable and marginalized communities gain access to essential mobility solutions, enabling greater participation in education, work, and community life. It directly supports NGAAF’s broader mandate to empower affirmative action groups and promote equity.

The collaboration is also aligned with Kenya’s national development goals on disability inclusion and social protection, pushing the #NGAAFImpact agenda from policy into tangible progress.

At its core, the partnership is a bold step toward a more inclusive Kenya—where movement, access, and dignity are not privileges, but guaranteed rights.
