The new store is stocked with a variety of quality products to choose from raging from fresh produce, commodities, electronics and other general products. The selection of fresh offering which is a key focus promises to satisfy even the most sophisticated of palettes
“Our mantra borrowed from our second chairman is that we exist to make other people’s lives better and this is exactly what we are carrying into this new financial year with us. As a business, we deeply understand that we cannot make people’s lives better if we do not listen to and understand their needs. This means we heavily rely on feedback and insights leading to innovative solutions. This new store is a testament to that, the people asked for a convenience and through research we proved its viability and delivered a store that we are sure will meet needs that even they did not know needed meeting. We are committed to exceeding all customer expectations, as we all know a brand is no longer what we tell the customer it is but what customers tell each other it is,”
Willy Kimani, Naivas Chief Commercial Officer.
This opening comes a week after the launch of the Naivas Management Trainee Programme dubbed Accelerator which will ensure that the retailer keeps up with the growing and changing dynamics in the retail sector by continually picking raw talent and molding them into world class leaders to manage various aspects of the ever-growing stores.
The other store lined up for opening before the end of the week is a Foodmarket in Kisumu at Simba Union.
