Renowned Kenyan lawyer Ndegwa Njiru has said that, Deputy president William Ruto’s novel economic model is only known in his home Sugoi, and neither the World Bank nor the IMF have accredited it.
Ndegwa claims that, the novel model is meant to hoodwink people so as to turn them away from Kenyas tribal voting patterns and render the normal tribal mobilisation.
“That’s why the Sugoi guy is always hammering that the conversation has now changed. changed since when? We are a tribal nation and our ethnicity is our heritage. Take it or leave it, period,”Ndegwa said.
The lawyer added that,Ruto is afraid of any ethnic mobilisation since he has no grip for them and he lack the know how on how to capture the rich ethnic voting blocks.
“That’s why Ruto has said that he is not focused on forming coalitions because he understands that a coalition must have an ethnic vote mobilisation angle,”Ndegwa stated.
“Additional, the sugoi based man who mobilises Kshs. 15billion for foreigners to invest in Uganda while he populates our streets with wheelbarrows and mikokoteni wants to run away from the ethnic votes mobilisation strategy so that he can get ride of his running mate night mere and political quagmire,”he added
Ndegwa adds that,Ruto understands that if he sticks to this ethnic vote mobilisation strategy, each community will be expecting to have the DP’s seat, so as to vote in mass for the Sugoi based politician and that the failure to have the DP seat will result into voters apathy for the losing communities in the DP’s seat matrix, thus costing his presidential bid.
“Why I call this guy a political conmanship is because he will fail to get into a pre-election coalition with any ethnic vote mobilisation strategy so as to avoid being fixed to appoint his Dp from that coalition,”he said .
The lawyer has also wondered after Ruto serving as Mp ,minister and Dp his now realizing that boda boda people need to be empowered.
“That’s why after 30 years of public service Ruto diviced a very divisive voter mobilisation strategy of the hustlers nation so as to run away from our usual ethnic vote mobilisation strategy,”he added.
The lawyer now says that Ruto must be stopped from propagating his hate and spite strategy ahead of 2022 general elections, adding that,It’s is a very toxic political currency that can trigger civil strives if allowed to thrive.
