A Kitui hustler has cried foul after he was blocked from gifting President Wiliam Ruto a goat he had carried for him.
The head of state spent his Sunday, October 23, in Kitui, where he attended a church service together with his deputy Rigathi Gachagua and other leaders.

A man from Matinyani who has since been identified as Antony wanted to surprise the first in command with a goat, but unfortunately, he was barred from accessing the president.
He said the president’s security did not allow him anywhere close to the head of state.
“I just plead with the president to listen to my prayers and help me grow because I keep goats and chickens , I hustle every where to pay for my school fees,” Anthony said while speaking to the media.
