Firebrand lawyer Miguna Miguna was today, Monday, October 24, slated to have an interview with the Standard Group-owned Spice FM and KTN Home.
However, Miguna took issue when the media company asked him to sign a guest indemnity form before he could be allowed to appear on The Situation Room show.

As a result, Miguna claimed the move was an attempt to gag him and force him to give the company a blanket indemnity.
“…Spice FM tried to gag and force me to give them a blanket indemnity one minute before the interview started. Of course, I refused to sign this death warrant. The hosts did not even greet me. It was a silly set up,” said Miguna
