Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja has nominated Justus Gathenge who was Chief officer environment and also one time County secretary in the ex governor Sonko’s government.
Mr Gathenge is an experienced officer who has served cityhall in various capacity, he also improved the Urban planning department while serving as chief officer.
