It has been revealed that former Nairobi County Government Attorney Lydia Kwamboka is the one behind the inflated pending legal bills.
By the end of October 2019 Cityhall legal pending bills were at shillings 2 billion.
When she came back From suspension she inflated the legal pending bill by increasing allocations of firms friendly to her and those that bribed her.
She made sure the legal pending bills were at 21 Billion when Sakaja took office.

“She is a crook imagine going round telling people how this and that was not paid yet she knows very well that she was only pushing payments for her firm Maina Njenga & Kwamboka advocates that she owns, among other companies that promised her kick backs.Very soon the law will catch up with her and jail is her place .. blackmail time is over and she must face the truth and nothing but the truth.” A source at legal department said.
DCI has already landed in Cityhall to investigate her evil deeds.
“We have invited the DCI to investigate her and the documents speaks for itself why ask Sakaja what she created and know better.She must be accountable,” the source added.
