The star news paper should apologise for publishing misleading information about Kenya railways Managing Director Philip Mainga.

The Petitioner, Frank Awino on Thursday told this publication that, the star news paper wrote a story that was misleading and he was not conducted for his side of the story.

The star said in its publication that the Petitioner Had filed a case at high court over Kenya railways MD requesting court that he should be out of office over alleged loss of sh.700Billion in sgr project.

The petitioner now wants the star news paper to apologise over misreporting of facts.
