Startimes, a leading digital television service provider, has announced a special promotion in celebration of Customer Service Week.

During this period, the company will be waiving the Technician Transport Fee for customers purchasing either a DTH (Direct-to-Home) or DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television) decoder from our official Startimes business halls.

This offer will remain valid until October 8th.

Mike Mwai, the Communication and PR Director of Startimes, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the company’s valued customers for their unwavering support.

“Startimes Media is thrilled to announce that customers who purchase a DTH or DTT decoder from our official Startimes business halls won’t pay the Technician Transport Fee. This initiative ensures that they have the best possible experience during this Customer Service Week.” He said.

In addition to this customer-centric gesture, Mike noted that Startimes remains committed to elevating their entertainment experience noting that Startimes is in the process of introducing exciting new programs across their diverse bouquet offerings.

Notably, last year, Startimes launched four premium international channels: Kartoon, a family entertainment channel; Filmbox Action, an English-language film and television channel; CBS Justice, a criminal and investigations documentary channel; and CBS Reality, a reality television channel.

“We are currently in the midst of an exhilarating production featuring Kenya’s best actors and actresses, which will premiere next month in November.” he said.

He further emphasized the company’s dedication to expanding its bouquet selections by seeking out premium channels noting that Startimes has introduced flexible subscription payment options, allowing customers to choose how they want to pay for their favorite TV packages.

“Customers can now select between daily, weekly, or monthly subscription payments, making it more convenient than ever to enjoy the best in television entertainment,” Mwai announced.

For customers interested in the DTT decoder, a 30-day classic subscription will retail at Ksh 1999, the Nyota bouquet at Ksh 299, the Basic bouquet at Ksh 649, and the Classic bouquet at Ksh 999 per month.

For DTH enthusiasts, the monthly subscriptions for the DTH decoder, including a 30-day free super subscription, will be priced at Ksh 2999. The Nova bouquet will be available at Ksh 499, the Smart bouquet at Ksh 1059, and the Super bouquet at Ksh 1599 respectively.
