Nairobi ODM Party Chairman George Aladwa has now declared Babu Owino as his Nairobi gubernatorial candidate days after doing the same to current governor Johnson Sakaja of UDA.
Aladwa who is now trading tribal politics in Makongeni want Luo Nation to support Babu and ignore Raila Odinga directives.
According to him Luo Nation is ripe to decide their future.
“You Luos be smart don’t be duped by ODM and Raila the best candidate for governor post in Nairobi County is Babu Owino.” Aladwa told the crowd.
He further averred that Luo Nation must now rescue themselves from ODM politricks and support Babu.
“Sisi kama waluhya tunasupport Babu hapa Nairobi wajaluo wamenisupport Sasa hatutaki mtu mwingine ndani ya ODM atupange ambaia hao wakora wa ODM wawache ujiinga hata Baba tunamwambia ,” he added.
The Makadara lawmaker hosted Babu at his constituency over the weekend.
