Dr. Ndung’u is celebrated for her indomitable spirit and relentless pursuit of excellence. Her philosophy on success and resilience is captured in her own words:

“Being a winner doesn’t mean never failing, it simply means never quitting despite extenuating circumstances and lingering failure. When the plan fails, don’t change your goal, change the plan. If plan A fails, remember you still have 25 more letters in the alphabet. Winners never quit; winners bounce right back up even after hitting bottom ground and being pressed between the devil and the deep blue sea. Success is not measured by how many times you win but by how many times you arise out of the rubble of failure.”

Under her leadership, KENAPCO has seen remarkable strides in enhancing the quality and accessibility of education for young Kenyans. Dr. Ndung’u’s approach to leadership and her motivational outlook continue to resonate with students and educators alike, inspiring them to overcome challenges and strive for excellence.

From all of us at Vipasho, we extend our best wishes to Dr. Ekrah Ndung’u for good health of body, mind, and soul. May she continue to receive God’s immeasurable blessings and achieve prosperity beyond human understanding. Her contributions to education and leadership are invaluable, and her legacy of resilience and determination sets a powerful example for all.
