These initiatives are designed to harness the region’s investment opportunities, spanning multiple BETA priority value chains such as leather, meat processing, feedlots, and edible oils.

“Our cooperation and value addition initiatives through our County Aggregation and Industrial Parks ensure that this region will fully realize its available investment opportunities,” CS Miano stated.

The conference showcased the dedication of both the government and local stakeholders in driving economic growth and development. By leveraging the natural and human resources of the Northern and Coastal Counties, Kenya can anticipate a robust and diversified economic landscape.

The event was a testament to the collaborative efforts required to unlock the full potential of these regions, making them significant contributors to the national economy.
