,Comfort Homes has once again been recognized as the Most Friendly and Affordable Land Selling Company, awarded by Star Brands. In the same event, Together as One was named the Friendliest and Fastest-Growing Microfinance of the Year during a gala held on Friday evening.

Government’s ArdhiSasa Program
Dr. Hezekiah Kariuki, CEO of Comfort Homes, highlighted the impact of the ArdhiSasa program on their success: “This award is a reward for our tireless efforts to encourage investment in high-value prime land, enabling more people to become homeowners, particularly in rural areas, thus spurring and accelerating economic growth in those regions.”
Dr. Kariuki praised the government’s efforts to digitize land adjudication and subdivision processes, noting the significant improvements: “Unlike the old days when a search used to take three days or more, nowadays you just have to do a search online and buy the piece of land. We are requesting the Government to expedite the ArdhiSasa program even to the counties where the program is yet to reach, to make land processes flawless, seamless, and fast.”
