Leading master-plan real estate developer, Superior Homes Kenya, has expanded its footprint with the launch of its first project in Ruiru, Kiambu County. This latest development follows the success of the 163-acre Greenpark Estate and the 172-acre master-planned Lukenya Plains project.
The new project, dubbed “Kanzi Springs,” spans 60 acres within a larger 300-acre masterplan. It consists of quarter-acre fully serviced plots priced from KES 7.98 million, strategically located near essential social amenities. The project features numerous amenities, including a security barrier gate, solar street lighting, electricity and water supply, cabro roads and pavements, controlled house designs, internet provision, 24-hour security with regular patrols, and open spaces and gardens for outdoor enjoyment.
Speaking during the launch event, Superior Homes Kenya Chief Executive Officer Shiv Arora emphasized that Kanzi Springs aims to serve Kenyans looking to invest in a modern, secure, and controlled community close to Nairobi City.
“Our focus has always been on ensuring that our projects encompass security, privacy, and proximity to essential amenities. Kanzi Springs features executive amenities that foster a vibrant community where residents can socialize and enjoy the estate’s offerings, making it a perfect fit for those seeking a high-quality lifestyle away from the urban lifestyle,” said Arora.
Kiambu County has witnessed significant infrastructure development over the last decade, positioning it as a prime investment destination. Kanzi Springs is conveniently located 12 kilometers off the Thika Superhighway from the Kimbo area, with access from Ruiru town via Kiganjo Road.
“We have been keen on expanding our product offering to different counties across Kenya, with our flagship master-planned gated community, Greenpark Estate in Athi River, Machakos County, being a testament to our mastery in our craft. Kanzi Springs is our inaugural project in Kiambu County, and we are currently working to unveil more projects in the county,” said Superior Homes Managing Director Ian Henderson.
Kiambu County is home to some of the fastest-growing satellite towns in the Nairobi metropolis. The county attracts investors due to its key infrastructural projects and connectivity. Given its proximity to Nairobi, Kiambu County boasts a good road network, which is crucial in attracting investors and potential homeowners.
As Superior Homes Kenya continues to expand, projects like Kanzi Springs underscore their commitment to providing high-quality living environments that balance modern amenities with the tranquility of suburban life.
