Mwea Member of Parliament, Mary Maingi, is placing significant emphasis on the enhancement of education infrastructure within her constituency. Recognizing the crucial role that a conducive learning environment plays in student success, Maingi has been actively involved in modernizing and equipping schools across Mwea.
“Every student and pupil in Mwea deserves a conducive learning environment to realize their full potential,” Maingi stated. Earlier today, she visited Karira Primary School to inspect the ongoing renovations of eight classrooms that had been in a dilapidated state. The visit also included the construction of a new Junior Secondary School (JSS) classroom.
Maingi emphasized her commitment to transforming schools in Mwea into environments where students can thrive, viewing these improvements as essential steps toward reshaping the educational landscape in the area.
In addition to her focus on education, the MP attended the ordination of Rev. Lucy Nyawira at Victory Revival Church in Ndorome, Thiba Ward, further demonstrating her involvement in community activities.
This dedication to both education and community engagement highlights Maingi’s holistic approach to improving the lives of her constituents.
