Kesses Member of Parliament was pleased to host a dedicated team from the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) to mark a significant milestone in the region’s infrastructure development. The event, which included the site handover of the National Oil-Real Hospital-Sports Club-Testimony Sugunanga Road, highlights the MP’s commitment to enhancing road infrastructure in Kesses.
The road project is expected to improve transportation efficiency and safety for residents, providing smoother and more reliable travel routes. “This is a significant milestone in our efforts to enhance road infrastructure and ensure smoother, safer travel for everyone in Kesses,” the MP stated during the handover ceremony.
In addition to the handover, the MP and the KURA team conducted a comprehensive mapping of the Sugunanga-Mushroom-Saroiyot Road, which is slated for future construction and improvement. This mapping exercise is a crucial step in the planning process, ensuring that the upcoming projects are well-organized and effective in addressing the community’s needs.
“I am confident that these developments will greatly benefit our community by boosting economic activities and easing daily commutes,” the MP added, expressing optimism about the positive impact these infrastructure improvements will have on the local economy.
The MP reaffirmed their dedication to working closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of these projects.
“As your MP, I remain committed to collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure these projects are completed successfully and to the highest standards. Together, we will continue building the Kesses we all envision—a place of progress, opportunity, and growth.”
The road projects are part of a broader strategy to modernize Kesses’ infrastructure, with the aim of fostering economic development and improving the quality of life for its residents. These developments are expected to play a key role in driving the region’s growth and making Kesses a hub of progress and opportunity.
