Joel Arumonyang, PS for the Department of Public Works, ranked second. Recognized for advancements in infrastructure and public service delivery, Arumonyang’s leadership aligns with Kenya’s development goals, setting standards in transparency and accountability.
The survey ranked Principal Secretaries on efficiency, impact, and accountability. Both Mwangi and Arumonyang have garnered praise as exemplary leaders, with Microtrak Africa emphasizing the importance of strong leadership in pivotal government departments.
