Public Participation Meeting Underway for Nairobi’s Development Control Policy 2025

Residents and stakeholders are currently gathered at Charter Hall for a crucial public participation meeting concerning the proposed Development Control Policy (2025).
The Nairobi City County Urban Planning Sub-Sector and the Nairobi City County Assembly are co-hosting the event, which is designed to gather public input on the policy’s potential impact on the city.
The meeting, led by Patrick Analo, Chief Officer for Urban Planning and Development, along with other county officials, is focusing on key aspects of the policy including urban planning, zoning regulations, and the overall development framework for Nairobi.
