The delegation includes officials from KTDA, the Tea Board of Kenya, Ketepa, Majani Insurance Brokers, Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency, and numerous tea factories.
Key focus areas include:
-
Value addition and branding for global competitiveness

Improved traceability and quality control
Kericho Governor Dr. Eric Mutai is also part of the team, signaling national and county alignment on sector reforms.
The visit marks a renewed government-industry partnership aimed at reaffirming Kenya’s global leadership in tea and putting farmers at the center of meaningful change.
