Kabete MP James Githua Wamacukuru has rolled out a new round of bursaries for day school students, reinforcing his commitment to making education accessible for all.
The bursary program, targeting financially struggling families, aims to ease the cost of secondary education and boost school retention rates. Speaking during the disbursement, Wamacukuru also voiced strong support for enshrining the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) in the Constitution.
“The NG-CDF is more than a fund—it’s the backbone of grassroots progress. Entrenching it will safeguard community development for future generations,” said Wamacukuru.
