MP Caroli Omondi Delivers New Chief’s Camp and Patrol Boat in Suba South

Suba South MP Caroli Omondi has commissioned the first-ever fully built Nyandiwa Chief’s Camp and a new patrol boat for Lake Victoria, marking a major win for local governance and security in the region.
The Chief’s Camp, now complete, brings government services closer to the people of Nyandiwa, improving access to administrative support and community engagement. Omondi called the development “a promise fulfilled” and a key part of his drive to strengthen public infrastructure in Suba South.
Alongside the camp, Omondi launched a new patrol boat for Nyandiwa Beach to boost security along the Lake Victoria shoreline. The boat is expected to enhance safety for residents, traders, and fishermen who rely on the lake for their livelihoods.
“These are not just projects—they are steps toward a safer, more connected, and empowered Suba South,” said Omondi.
Both projects reflect the MP’s broader focus on practical development and responsive leadership, aimed at delivering tangible improvements to everyday life in the region.
