Rogue Sakaja’s Employee Onchari Grilled by Nairobi Assembly Health Committee

Nairobi County Assembly Health Committee is now investigating Boaz Onchari Personal Assistant to Public Health Chief Officer Tom Nyakaba, for interference with the Nairobi Assembly Health Committee’s work.
He is accused of chasing and intimidating while on duty County Government Officers who accompanied Health Committee at Naivas Supermarket along Kenyatta Avenue Nairobi.
He further ordered re-opening of the supermarket despite expired products being flagged and the PHO giving closer notice.
“Can you please tell us your name and your position in this County Government?” Health Committee Chairman Maurice Ochieng asked.
“I want to know why am here is about my name or designation I am not understanding this Committee? He rudely answered the Committee.
Boaz is also accused of overstepping his mandate by drafting transfer letters to those trying to block his rogue ways.
“The Committee has labeled him a hostile witness. We have power as per Article 185 and 196 of the Constitution of Kenya to summon any person to appear before the Committee as a witnesses. This Committee has powers as of High Court and we shall deal with him legally we are not his juniors at Nyakaba’s office.” Hon. Maurice said.

He has defined himself as corrupt, rogue, careless and powerful Personal Assistant who runs Public Health Department.
According to sources he initiates transfers to officers who dares him, cut deals with impunity for Nyakaba including hawkers weekly collection in CBD and Downtown among other illegal errands.
He will appear again before Health Committee this week.
