At the intersection of service and sustainability, Regner Fu Capital Group (RFCG) is making its mark. This week, its partnership with Ushiriki Wema Foundation culminated in the handover of two boreholes to the National Police Service—bringing clean water to the AP and GSU Embakasi campuses.

Led by H.E. Madam Tessie Musalia, the Ushiriki Wema Foundation has been planting more than trees—it has been planting relationships, resilience, and long-term impact. But behind every successful initiative lies a partner willing to step up—and for this, RFCG has been pivotal.

The group’s investment enabled the borehole infrastructure to come to life. Their vision is expansive: not only has RFCG made water available, it has pledged to supply solar energy systems to all nine police colleges in Kenya—without demanding a cent in capital costs from the National Police Service.

This is not aid. It is alignment. It is the private sector walking alongside national institutions to solve challenges that touch both service members and the surrounding community. Water will now nourish more than trees—it will nourish morale, operations, and public trust.

And as the partnership deepens, so too does the understanding that Kenya’s progress is best built together.
