CSRG Kenya is therefore asking PBOs and CSOs in Kenya to be calm as they await the court decision.

‘‘The stay period that they sought to stay the High Court ruling that declared them illegal elapsed on 8th we are aware that they have appealed at the Court of Appeal but so far the matter has not been heard this therefore means that the High Court ruling is in force and we are asking the authority to respect the court and desist from taking any actions that would be contemptuous to the Court Order.’’ He said in a statement to newsroom.
