Thika-based real estate firm Maono Lands Limited marked a major milestone over the weekend with a vibrant title deed issuance ceremony at Ruiru Rainbow Resort. The event, which began at 10 a.m., brought together clients from across the company’s projects, celebrating the fulfillment of their property ownership dreams.
The atmosphere was festive, filled with music, entertainment, and joy as clients, staff, and guests joined in the celebrations. Rev. Steve, a board member, opened the ceremony with an inspiring message urging Kenyans to invest in land as a foundation for family security and generational wealth.
Marketing Manager Grace Mwichigi energized the gathering by unveiling a one-day special offer, announcing discounted plots in Kinamba, Nyahururu at KSh 100,000 down from KSh 150,000. The announcement sparked excitement among attendees eager to seize the opportunity.
Company Manager Muohi Kimani assured clients awaiting documents that they would not be left behind, confirming that another issuance ceremony is set for September 6, 2025.
In closing, Pastor Sammy delivered remarks on behalf of Director Kinyua Wairatu, who appreciated clients’ loyalty. Wairatu noted that Maono Lands has provided homes for over 4,000 Kenyans in its seven years of existence and reaffirmed the company’s vision to expand into affordable housing and support clients in agricultural ventures.
