After years of waiting, residents of Makadara and neighboring estates have something to smile about — the tarmacking of KCB Road, off Jogoo Road, is now complete.

The newly carpeted road is already transforming daily life by easing traffic flow, reducing dust and mud, and improving safety for both motorists and pedestrians.

> “We never thought we’d see this day, but now movement has become so much easier,” said one excited resident, praising the upgrade.

The project has been widely welcomed as a sign of progress and responsiveness to community needs.

At the center of the achievement is Makadara MP George Aladwa, who has been credited for his dedication to ensuring the road’s completion. Local leaders and residents alike have lauded his efforts, saying the development is proof that when leadership meets action, lives are changed.

With KCB Road now open and accessible, hopes are high that this momentum will extend to other much-needed infrastructure improvements across the constituency.
