The former Kiambu governor outlined plans to focus on enhancing the station’s technological capabilities, improving content quality, and fostering financial sustainability.

He acknowledged the challenges the broadcaster has faced and assured staff of the government’s support in overcoming them.

Kabogo also highlighted the importance of public broadcasters in shaping narratives and providing balanced, factual news, stating that KBC would play a pivotal role in informing and educating the public.
