Youth+ Festival Returns for a Game-Changing Second Edition, Empowering 4,500 Young Professionals

Nairobi, Kenya – February 19, 2025 – The Youth+ Festival is set to make a powerful comeback from February 28 to March 1, 2025, at the Sarit Expo Centre, bringing together 4,500 young entrepreneurs and professionals for two days of skills training, mentorship, and networking.
Under the theme “Live Your Legacy,” the festival will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and 24 industry-specific festival villages covering areas such as Financial Wellness, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Tech & Innovation, and Climate & Sustainability.
A major highlight of this edition is Vusi Thembekwayo, the internationally renowned entrepreneur, who will deliver a keynote on Day 2. Other notable speakers include Ivy Wanjiru (JustIvy Africa), Tonee Ndungu (AI Thought Leader), Waceke Nduati (Centonomy), Terry Muikamba (Media Strategist), Phil Karanja (Philit TV), and Melanie Keita Mariam (Melanin Kapital Neobank).

The inaugural 2023 Youth+ Festival attracted 1,480 young entrepreneurs and was launched to address Kenya’s 67% youth unemployment rate. Building on this momentum, the 2025 edition will offer expanded mentorship, apprenticeship programs, market linkages, and financing opportunities to support Kenya’s 7.4 million MSMEs.
With top industry leaders and hands-on learning opportunities, the Youth+ Festival 2025 promises to be a transformative experience, helping young Kenyans turn passion into profession and build a lasting legacy.
