Busia Women Want Imwatok To Go for Governor Seat in 2027

Section of Busia Residents are now asking Nairobi County Assembly Majority Leader Peter Imwatok to vie for Busia governor seat come 2027, citing his development record and braveness in political circles.
According to Busia Women Caucus Chairperson Mildred Nandoli, the firebrand politician is ripe to face Otuoma whom they say has done very little the last two years despite having billions allocation.
“Otuoma can have some rest because he has been tested but of course we very little to show.We need proper leadership in Busia County.I can tell you for free that other than Senator Okiya the rest are actually lagging us behind.” Mildred said.
They further urged ODM Party to embrace youthful leadership and secure future of the ODM Party.
“Our party should now move with speed and embrace the young people Our governor is approaching 70 years why can’t we have youthful leadership?” Nandoli said.
Imwatok has already hasten his political activities across the County but is yet declare any bid.
