The Kenya School of Government (KSG) has reinforced its partnership with the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA) to strengthen climate change adaptation efforts in Kenya. This collaboration aims to enhance national and local capacity by equipping institutions and individuals with the skills needed to address climate-related challenges.

KSG hosted Prof. Patrick Verkooijen, Chancellor of the University of Nairobi and CEO of GCA, for high-level discussions with KSG Director General, Prof. Nura Mohamed, ahead of the planned rollout of climate change programs. Senior KSG officials, including Dr. Tom Wanyama, Dr. Josephine Mwanzia, Dr. Prisca Oluoch, and Dr. Rachel Ngesa, participated in the talks.

The discussions focused on integrating climate adaptation strategies into governance and policy frameworks, ensuring Kenya remains resilient in the face of environmental challenges.
