Speaking during a Community Policing Forum at Ndurarua ACK Church Hall, Wamacukuru brought together local administrators, security officials, and residents to discuss security, infrastructure, youth empowerment, and education in Kabete Constituency.

He stressed that development thrives in a safe environment, adding that robust community policing not only deters crime but also creates the right conditions for businesses, schools, and social services to flourish.

“Development is most effective when shaped by the voices of the people it serves,” Wamacukuru said, urging residents to take an active role in shaping the constituency’s priorities.

The forum resolved to enhance neighborhood watch programs, improve coordination with law enforcement, and tackle emerging security concerns in Kabete’s rapidly growing urban areas. The MP also updated the community on ongoing projects, including road upgrades, school improvements, and clean water expansion.

Leaders and residents ended the session with a joint commitment to maintain continuous engagement, positioning Kabete as a model for community-driven growth in Kiambu County.
