Hon. Caroli Omondi, the Member of Parliament for Suba South, has been unanimously elected as the new Chairperson of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) in the National Assembly. The consensus choice underscores the trust and confidence his colleagues have in his leadership and dedication to parliamentary service.
