Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja faces uphill task to clean up ghost workers mess at cityhall even as he marks one year in office.
One of the ghost workers on spot is the former chief officer in charge of subcounty administration in Kidero regime one Mr John Ntoiti, who also served as Meru county Revevenue Board boss but was later fired of massive corruption.
According to close sources,Mr Ntoiti was sacked over Corruption related cases in Meru County Government by Governor Kawira Mwangaza.
Mr Ntoiti had no where to hide and immediately sneaked back at cityhall where his now working as assistant Director administration under the department of Revenue,a position that does not exist.
“This officer is a ghost worker here at cityhall,is he an employee of meru county or Nairobi, we are wondering seeing him along corridors of cityhall,this aghost worker,”Asource privy to information disclosed.
Mr Ntoiti is not new to corruption scandals at cityhall,during his tenure at cityhall he was on spot each and everytime with his junior officers complaining about his high appetite for money.
Asection of Nairobi mcas are now calling upon Governor Johnson Sakaja to investigate and find out how he sneaked back at cityhall despite being fired in Meru county government few months ago.
