“We have very huge parcels of land in Kenya that are lying idle. You don’t have to steal for you to excel. Selling genuine plots is always recommended. The reality is land will never get depleted it’s only prices that go up,” said Wairatu.

Wairatu said his company is also always on the forefront issuing titles to it’s customers.

At the same Wairatu urged Kenyans to invest in a company that is under Association of Real Estate Stakeholders a lobby that was recently established to weed out fraudsters in the sector.

“This is the right association and we are telling Kenyans to invest in an organization that is under the Association of Real Estate Stakeholders,” he said.

The Association was also feted as the most reliable association in Kenya.

Since inception over six months ago, the association under the leadership of Wairatu has managed to restore confidence in real estate boosting even numbers of Kenyans buying land.

The association also recently managed to launch a website where all genuine land selling companies are listed.

Wairatu says that the association will also soon be issuing members with certificates.
