Raff Military Textile is preparing to bring its military textile expertise to East Africa with Kenya being its first focus.
Raff Military Textile, which has made a name for itself in the military textile sector with its worldwide exports, held meetings with key stakeholders in Kenya at a business forum organized by the Türkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM) in Kenya’s capital Nairobi last week.
The investment involves the establishment of a manufacturing facility within Kenya that will produce state-of-the-art products.
This facility will produce a wide range of textile products, including uniforms, boots, belts, bags, tents, ballistic protection gear, and tactical equipment.
The project is also expected to provide a major boost to the Kenyan economy by creating job opportunities and contributing to local supply chains.
The investment will be an important milestone in Kenya’s journey to self-sufficiency and economic prosperity.

Collaborations with globally proven, high-value brands such as Raff Military Textile promise to promote the exchange of knowledge between Turkish and Kenyan experts in the field of textiles and to produce the best and most innovative products for Kenya’s security forces.
Moreover, the Kenyan government also sees this major investment as an important step towards achieving self-sufficiency in military textile production and reducing dependence on imports.
