Adow expressed his immense joy and pride at the ceremony, stating, “It was with immense joy and pride that I today attended the graduation ceremony of the first batch of teachers who received scholarships under the Wajir South Constituency Development Fund’s Scholarship for Teacher Trainees. This initiative, which we started in the early weeks of my tenure, aimed to tackle the severe shortage of teachers in our constituency.”

The graduates are among the hundreds of trainees who joined as continuing students when the scholarship program was unveiled. Their dedication and hard work have now culminated in their graduation from Mount Kenya University, ready to serve the community.
