Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakajas Chief officers have been vetted today by Nairobi Mcas to fully form his government.
The first one to appear was Finance Chief officer Asha Abdi,who appeared before Budget and Appropriation Committee, where she assured the Nairobi residents that ,if given chance she will increase revenue collections hence leading to quality service delivery in the city.
“If given opportunity honorable members ,you will not regret and with my experience in matters county Finance docket,I will deliver,”Abdi stated.
Mrs Abdi further said ,she will ensure no county funds is lost through lazy county officers under her watch and all funds she will be able to account for it.
Mrs Abdi previously worked for Mombasa County government in the same capacity.
