Optiven CEO George Wachiuri on Saturday issued more than 500 investors their title deeds at great Oasis Garden Nanyuki.
Optiven Limited specializes in developing residential and commercial properties and has several ongoing and completed projects in different parts of Kenya, including Nairobi, Machakos, Kiambu, Kajiado, and Nakuru among other places.
During the exercise, the investors were thrilled to receive their title deeds which were a celebration of the successful completion of the project.
Speaking, Wachiuri said that Optiven Limited prides itself on its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
“The company strives to provide high-quality properties that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. In addition, we offer flexible payment plans and financing options to make property ownership accessible to more people,” Wachiuri said.
Wachiuri noted that the company will donate 4 acres of land for a new community school at Great Oasis Garden as well as provide space for a clinic within the school to benefit the local community.
He said that the school’s construction would be financed by Optiven, and the county had assured there would be enough teachers for the school.
He expressed his excitement about the positive impact the school and clinic would have on the community while further encouraging the investors to invest in the Great Oasis Gardens in Nanyuki.
“I’m also grateful for the opportunity to donate another significant amount of space, still within this project, for a new prayer center. It’s truly a blessing and I thank God for it,” he said.
He added, “I want to express my sincere gratitude to all our customers for supporting Optiven over the past 23 years. It’s because of you that we can make a difference in our community, and we couldn’t have done it without your unwavering support,”
He offered a fantastic deal of a 4000 cash back for every 300k invested, which was well-received by the investors.
He further promised the locals that through, Optiven foundation; they will set date to distribute food stuff to the community members as a part of company corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Wachiuri and his team were committed to making a positive impact in the community and looked forward to undertaking more projects that would benefit the locals.
Over the years, Optiven Limited has won several awards and accolades for its outstanding contribution to the real estate industry.
