For the Second time Nairobi Assembly MCA have discussed the financial woes at the assembly with section now giving warning shots to the executive and Nairobi County Assembly Clerk.
The MCAs have accused the executive for holding assembly funds therefore suffocating assembly activities.

Finance CEC Charles Kerich is at the center of the controversy for not releasing the funds.
“We are not going to joke with members welfare as we speak you can see even see them buying water to members meaning we do not have any of it..so the executive and assembly administrators be warn that members are not ready to suffer more than this.” Ogeto said.
