Man Pleads Not Guilty to Alleged Toyota Prado Theft; Granted Bail in Nairobi Court

A man was brought before the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi on Thursday and formally charged with the alleged theft of a motor vehicle from a garage.

Gurpirit Singh Manku, on the other hand, pleaded not guilty before Milimani Magistrate Esther Kimilu, who subsequently granted him release on a cash bail of 500 thousand Kenyan Shillings.

The charge sheet specifies that Singh was accused of stealing a Toyota Prado valued at Ksh.3 million from the City Car Shine garage in Ruaraka.

The case is scheduled for mention on October 26, 2023.
