County Secretary Patrick Analo is on the spot for colluding with planning department officials and cartels to lease the famous County General store to a private developer.
The County Secretary who is eying a parliamentary seat has been amassing wealth using dubious means at City Hall.
The General store is currently being manned by goons belonging to the private developer who have taken over the site.
According to Nairobi County Government workers Union Secretary General Calvin Okello, Analo and Planning department Acting Director Mr. Achar are the major beneficiaries who ringed in Governor Sakajas’ men into the deal.
“It has come to a great shocker to the union and the County work force of the blatant allocation of county land at The County General stores to a private developer to construct a business complex. It is shameless that the county planning department have provided approvals to the said private developer.” Statement from Union SG reads In part.
