Ahmed Abdisalan Pledges Efficiency in Government Coordination

Hon. Ahmed Abdisalan Ibrahim, nominee for Principal Secretary in the State Department for National Government Coordination, has assured Parliament of his commitment to improving efficiency and service delivery across government agencies.
During his vetting by the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Security, chaired by Hon. Gabriel Tongoyo, Hon. Ibrahim emphasized his experience in the humanitarian sector as key to enhancing communication and collaboration within the government.
“The State Department will eliminate bottlenecks to ensure seamless service delivery and sustainable development,” he stated.
Committee Vice Chairperson, Hon. Col. (Rtd) Dido Rasso, questioned Ibrahim on his past community initiatives. He highlighted his efforts in renovating mosques, constructing dams, funding education for orphans, and covering hospital bills.
The Committee will now review his qualifications before submitting a report to Parliament for approval.
