Murang’a County marked a historic moment as Super Senator Veronica Maina joined Deputy President H.E. Prof. Kithure Kindiki and top regional leaders to celebrate the inaugural graduation and official launch of Michuki National Polytechnic in Kangema Constituency.
The first national polytechnic in Murang’a, the institution is set to become a transformative hub for technical and vocational training—empowering young people with hands-on, market-driven skills crucial for today’s economy.
Senator Maina lauded the achievement, noting that the polytechnic is more than just a school—it’s a gateway to opportunity for the region’s youth. “This marks a powerful new chapter for Murang’a. Our youth now have a direct path to skills, jobs, and entrepreneurship,” she said.
