Stakeholders in the Matatu sector in Kajiado County have pledged to rally behind Governor Joseph Ole Lenku in the upcoming August polls.
The hundreds of matatu operators in Kajiado unanimously endorsed Governor Lenku’s reelection for a second term, terming him as best sure deal.
The operators led by Rongai bus Sacco’s Jonathan Lamayan, have said that they will continue to lobby their customers to vote for Lenku and not any other Gubernatorial aspirant.
Speaking in the County the operators called upon former Governor and jubilee aspirant David Nkedianye to support Lenku’s re-election if truly he means well for the Kajiado people.
“As matatu stakeholders, we also want to declare our support for Joseph Ole Lenku and pledge that we will campaign for him so that he wins the re-election by a bigger margin,” he said.
