TECNO, a leading global smartphone brand, has launched a transformative branding initiative at the JKIA Airport Roundabout, marking a bold step in its mission to enhance customer and community experiences.
The vibrant installation at Nairobi’s key gateway celebrates Kenya’s rich culture and resilience, welcoming millions of travelers with the message, “KARIBU KENYA NA TECNO.” This initiative reflects TECNO’s ethos to STOP AT NOTHING in inspiring innovation and fostering meaningful connections.
“This project is more than a branding initiative,” said Victor Alfwani, TECNO Marketing Manager. “It’s a celebration of Kenya’s dynamism and TECNO’s commitment to enhancing every traveler’s journey. Our aim is to create an inspiring first impression for all who pass through this gateway.”
The roundabout’s vibrant design complements the upgraded, state-of-the-art terminals at JKIA, managed by the Kenya Airports Authority (KAA). These renovations, which optimize space and functionality, echo TECNO’s sleek and innovative smartphone features. Through this collaboration, TECNO aligns its cutting-edge offerings with Kenya’s natural beauty and global appeal as a premier tourism destination.
TECNO expressed gratitude to the Government of Kenya, the Ministry of Transport, and KAA for their support in making this project a reality. Special acknowledgment was given to OOH partners Adsite for their pivotal role in bringing the vision to life.
