“This Christmas season, we wanted to make the elderly feel appreciated and cherished. Spending the day with them was a privilege, spreading joy and creating moments they’ll treasure for years,” said Robert Kamau, CEO of Rockey Africa Limited.

Joyce Jabali, founder of Jabali Joycare, emphasized the importance of honoring elders, stating, “Our elders hold the stories and wisdom of our communities. Today was about showing appreciation for their legacy and giving them a day filled with happiness and care.”

The elderly attendees expressed their gratitude, with Mzee John, one participant, sharing, “It feels wonderful to be celebrated like this. I thank the Rockey Africa Foundation and Jabali Joycare for their kindness. It has truly been a joyful day.”

This initiative is part of Rockey Africa Foundation’s ongoing efforts to address community needs and uplift the vulnerable. Through collaborations like these, the foundation continues to make a positive impact, spreading compassion and support where it is needed most.
