Chef Rami’s career spans the Middle East and East Africa, where he has earned recognition for his innovative culinary skills, artistic flair, and commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences.
His specialties include Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern, Kenyan, and Indian cuisines, ensuring a menu that blends both global and regional influences.
Chef Rami’s culinary journey began in Syria, where his passion for cooking flourished. He quickly rose through the ranks, taking on key roles at renowned establishments, including prestigious hotels in Dubai. Known for his love for fine dining, he managed high-volume operations and led pre-opening teams, contributing to the success of several acclaimed chefs in the region.
Some of Chef Rami’s noteworthy accomplishments include being recognized by Top Chef Middle East as one of the Top 15 Chefs in the Arab World, hosting a popular cooking show on DM TV that trained home chefs on Arabic and continental dishes, and spearheading the culinary revolution at Brew Bistro Lounges and The Big Five Brew Bistro in Nairobi.
