Nairobi County governor Johnson Sakaja’s chief of staff David Njoroge has seek refugee in London following arrest order by the National construction authority and Dci after his building located along Mirema springs estate on Mirema Drive in Roysambu collapsed.
The building under construction collapsed around midnight on 24th September 2023.

At the time the building collapsed only 9 floors had been constructed.
According to sources,Mr Njoroge carried out the development contrary to section 16 of the building code and physical and land use planning act.
